This EBR named pole is impregnated with full retention of creosote oil along the entire length of the pole. Alternatively the pole can be impregnated with a chrome and arsenic-free metallic salt and produced in lengths from 7 to 23 m.
As regards diameters at the top and base and various pole classifications in accordance with Swedish standards, please see Specifications ELK dimensions (PDF). This pole type can also be produced in dimensions that meet all international standards.
This pole type is selectively impregnated and, from an environmental perspective, is preferable because the amount of impregnation solution has been reduced by about 30-40%.
The pole is completely dry on the surface and the risk of “bleeding” is minimal. The pole has full retention of oil in the base and provides complete rot protection where it is most needed.
The exposed area is impregnated with a reduced amount of oil to give a working environment -friendly product without reducing rot protection. The pole is produced in lengths from 7 to15 m.

Sleepers
Track sleepers are produced at 2600x155x240 mm and crossing timbers with the same cross section in lengths from 2.75 m to 7.1 m. Bridge sleepers are produced with cross sections of 225x225 and 225x250 mm, in lengths from 3.0 m up to 4.5 m. The sleepers are produced according to BV technical regulations BVF 522.33 and can be delivered with or without mounted Heyback clips.
Both stay anchors and sleepers can be supplied with a chrome and arsenic-free metallic salt impregnation.
